Cody’s approach is built on real experience, strong relationships within the veteran community, and a commitment to placing individuals who are prepared to perform in environments where failure is not an option.

Nathan
Nathan is a Co-Founder of Placing Patriots with a background in the U.S. Naval Nuclear Division, where he operated in one of the most demanding, high-performance environments in the world. His experience in nuclear operations instilled a disciplined, procedure-driven approach and a deep understanding of systems where precision and reliability are critical.
After his military service, Nathan transitioned into the mission-critical infrastructure industry, working within data center construction, commissioning, and critical operations. He has supported complex projects that require strict adherence to standards, tight coordination, and zero-margin-for-error execution.
Brittney
Brittney plays a key role in the day-to-day operations and growth of Placing Patriots, supporting both internal processes and client-facing initiatives. As Office Manager, she ensures the business runs efficiently behind the scenes, keeping operations organized, responsive, and aligned with the company’s high standards.
In addition to operational leadership, Brittney provides technical support and assists in business development efforts, helping connect clients with the right solutions for their staffing needs. Her ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication makes her an essential link between candidates, clients, and the internal team.
